To keep under control the network resource consumption, to avoid abuses and to correctly establish the cost of different contract types (plans),Teachgroups implements the concept of 'credits', sometimes called 'user sessions,' intended as unit of resource consumption. The attribution and consumption of credits works as follows:
Each plan (contract type) which gives to a paying user the possibility to create tests/courses and distribute them to students/trainees receives a fixed quantity of credits per month, e.g. if a private teacher sign a plan for 1 year with 12000 credits, he will receive a maximum of 1000 credits can be consumed in each contract month. Credits are always considered per month and credit limit will be reset on a monthly basis.
The monthly credit quantities of the plans are established to satisfy the normal standard consumption, but in case of need of additional credits a user can at any moment buy it via a 'resource-only' order. The credits will be calculated, priced and added to cover the period of time from the date of the order to the end of the plan.
Current criteria at a certain time for calculating credit consumption are specified on the main page of the website "Features".
Every refund request must be approved by Teachgroups.
Teachgroups will make a refund only in case of contract cancellation of an already paid contract.
If you are a paying user you can cancel your contract at any time by sending a "Contract cancellation" order to Teachgroups, in this case, if the refund is approved by Teachgroups, only the unused contract time and credits will be refunded.
The refund will be made via Paypal to the owner of the email address registered in the paying user's personal data.
